ClarionCall is registered under the Data Protection Act (1998), registration number Z9319063.
This Act sets strict standards on how ClarionCall collects, manages and stores data relating to a business’s members, all of which ClarionCall adheres to.
In addition to our obligations under the Act, ClarionCall undertakes never to use or divulge member information in any way other than as defined as part of the ClarionCall services, which are under the exclusive control of the business.
We do not sell or otherwise provide third party organisations with either business and/or member information.
Within ClarionCall’s organization, the number of people with access to member data is kept to the absolute minimum necessary to support and backup ClarionCall’s services.
All member contact information is stored on ClarionCall's secure servers protected with 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
