What are E-Forms? The E-Forms service easily enables a Club Official to send members an online reply form. E-Forms are created by the Club Official and offer the member with an opportunity to provide a simple text reply and/or a series of multiple choice questions to be answered. Member replies, answers and comments are captured in a comprehensible report, which can be viewed online or downloaded. When you receive an E-Form response your ClarionCall will notify you. E-Forms will strengthen communications between your organisation and your members, ensuring that you are always updated with the latest pertinent information. |
