| I have found ClarionCall to be an excellent tool and now having used it throughout this season I do not feel that we could ever do without it, or even how we managed before.... It has been equivalent to the step from Morse code to mobiles as far as the clubs communication is concerned..... For example when bad weather hits we can decide that morning and be guaranteed that a message can hit all recipients in a form of communication they will all receive within minutes which is so much better than the cascade method used before, which was only 75% successful. Also being able to set up distribution lists for each age group or coaching team means that the communications only ever go to the relevant person, stopping apathy due to a deluge of unrelated messaging - being able to target your audience almost guarantees 100% success in getting the message across. Other added benefits are the security and non-publication of email addresses or phone numbers, the ability to have our sponsors on all of our messages which gives them a better circulation amongst the club and an easy accessible membership database. With the recent issues caused by the heavy snowfall Clarion Call has more than paid for itself in terms of the efficiency with which we can now reach our members. It is not just for emergencies that we use Clarion Call, all email communication from the club is now driven through the service and this in conjunction with our website ensures our membership are connected, informed and engaged with the club's activities. | |

We have been using ClarionCall for the last year. The system has made communicating with all club members extremely easy. Members get the message - late notice program changes or general notices – quickly and reliably. ClarionCall themselves are extremely professional and efficient - during the setting up process, advice on the day to day running and more recently how to customise the system to suit our on-going needs. One important facility we are now looking to use is the addition of Club Sponsors hyperlinked logos to each message sent out. We are in the process of asking our existing Sponsors to see who would be interested in additional exposure by being included on all ‘Clarions’ we send out. As a consequence, we fully expect to add new sponsors, which means ClarionCall pays for itself. In summary Clarion Call is a great product and a great asset to the Club and we look forward to using their new tools in 2011 and into the future. |
