HomeThe Home page is your portal into the rest of the ClarionCall website.You can read about ClarionCall Text Messaging , Voice Messaging and E-Mail as well as navigate to any other part of the website using the various menus, To navigate directly to a relevant page, you can use the Search box to locate the right page. Clicking on FAQs will take you to a comprehensive list of frequently asked questions which you may find useful. Logging in will allow you to view FAQs for Schools already using ClarionCall. Finally, the Contact Us section allows you to send an e-mail to our Sales department with your request. About ClarionCallYou can use this drop-down menu to read more about the various aspects of the ClarionCall service, including its Benefits to the school community, How It Works, some Technical Information and our Data Protection and Privacy policies.You can also use this section to view some of the ClarionCall Schools already using the service and what they have to say about us. LoginFor existing ClarionCall Schools only.To access all apsects of the ClarionCall website as an existing ClarionCall School User, you will need to Login. Enter your School Administrator mobile number and password to login. If you are inactive on the website for a long period, the system will automatically log you out. If this happens, simply return to the Login page and re-enter your mobile number and password.
Document LibraryThe Document Library contains documents which can be downloaded and printed including our brochure and a ClarionCall E-Mail flier.If you are trying to access the ClarionCall Manuals and cannot see them, you should login in order to view all Customer Documentation. Login using your School Administrator mobile number and password. Many of the ClarionCall documents are in Adobe Acrobat pdf format. When you select a PDF document, one of two things will happen: If you have Adobe Reader installed, your browser will open up the document, and display it for you to read, print and save. You should save the document in the relevant place so that you can refer back to it whenever necessary. If you don't have Adobe Reader installed, your browser will prompt you to save the file to your hard disk and it won't allow you to open it. To open and read the PDF file you will need to download and install the Adobe Reader. Adobe Reader is free and available for download by clicking on the icon: Website ToolsThe buttons at the top right of the website can be used to make the website easier to read. You may notice another set of buttons at the top of the pages you view. When using the Document Library , you may find that you are unable to view the .pdf documents you have downloaded. To open and read your .pdf documents, you will need to download and install the Adobe Reader. Adobe Reader is free and available for download by clicking on the icon: Use ClarionCallYou can access your School's ClarionCall Messaging System by clicking on Use ClarionCall.Enter your School Administrator mobile number and password to enter the system. Alternatively, you can go to http://schools.myclarioncall.co.uk and login to begin using your ClarionCall Messaging System. News FlashYou will see a rolling screen of ClarionCall messages sent out by live schools, demonstrating the way in which schools currently use ClarionCall and how it might work for your school. |
