Surrey Schools Track & Field Championships - Closing Date  - 24 HOURS AWAY !!

Athletes : Please check your District Web Site for the entries that have been made by your Team Manager. (Click Districts Home - June 08 Championships Entries)

If you think you should be there - get hold of your PE Staff tomorrow - Tuesday.

The Entries close at midnight on Tuesday - No extensions will be entertained.

English Schools T&F Championships - Selection Criteria

If you are aspiring to be part of the Surrey Schools Team, competing at the English Schools Championships this year, you should look at the Selection Criteria which the Selection Committee use to select the Surrey Schools Team.

District Contacts for the forthcoming Surrey Schools Track & Field Championships are now shown on the drop down menu "Districts Home" on the Home Page.

They will be the staff who will deal with your enquiries.

Saturday June 08th at Kingsmeadow Athletics Centre, New Malden.

All parents, coaches and athletes are reminded that this an Inter District Competition. Entry can be gained by representing your District, and qualifying either through your District Championships or submissions by your school if your District does not have Championships.

It is up to you, as an athlete to approach your PE staff if you are unsure what your school arrangements are.

Only Secondary age pupils, Year 8 and above may take part in the Surrey Schools Championships.

We do not accept individual entries, Guest competitiors, or can we enter athletes on behalf of their District.

The closing date for Districts to submit their entries is Midnight May 21st.

English Schools Track & Field Championships 2013

Athletes - Should you consider yourself in possible contention for selection in the Surrey Schools Team for the Championships at Birminham this year ( July 05/06), you are asked by English Schools to visit their website (esaa.net) and regsiter yourself on their database. This is to ensure that when the entries are finally made, your name is spelt correctly.

DO YOU NEED HELP TO FIND THE RIGHT ATHLETICS CLUB?

England Athletics has launched a new website to help people find their nearest athletics club. The new site at clubfinder.englandathletics.org provides more detail about clubs than have previously been available to anyone seeking to find the right athletics club. It allows people to search by location and/or by key words, and enables clubs to list the separate activities of their clubs as different listings together with helpful contact details and supporting information.  We hope it helps those new to our sport to find the support they need to make their mark!
