Co-Curricular Zone

Before creating a Co-Curricular Club, you will need to decide the type of Club booking before you begin to create your Club.

There are three Co-Curricular Club booking type options:

Invitation – An Invitation Club allows administrators to invite pupils to attend a certain Club, the Club will display in the PMC, but won't be open for booking.
Singular – A Singular Club allows parents to book Club sessions on a session by session basis.
Batch – A Batch Club allows parents to book onto all Club sessions at one time.

Singular and Batch Club booking can be set to open and close at specific times on particular days, removing the necessity of Club administrators having to manually open and close booking. The booking open/close times need to be set on an individual Club basis. After creating the Club, the timed booking feature will display in the ‘Edit Club’ page.

Duplicating a Club will copy its basic details (title, category, term, number of places, booking, approval, close information, as well as price and club leader), and create a draft/unpublished copy.

The bulk ‘Reveal Club’ option allows you to do this for a number of Clubs at the same time.

There are two ways to send messages to Club participants in the Co-Curricular Zone, an ‘Individual’ option that allows you to send a message to participants of an individual Batch, Singular or Invitation Club, or a ‘Bulk’ option that allows you to send a message to participants of Batch Clubs, Singular Clubs or Invitation Clubs.
