The Squad Training feature enables team training session details to be created and recorded in the Sport Zone. Dates of all training sessions can quickly be added, ad-hoc sessions easily inputted and squad players assigned to the sessions. Training sessions can be set to display in the Calendar, and messages can be sent to parents of players participating in the sessions informing them of any last-minute alterations, directly from the Sport Zone.

Announcements can be created in the Sport Zone, allowing for sport department users to quickly alert parents know of any cancellations, venue changes or other important news.
First, a Sport Announcement Category must be created. This is done in the ‘Message Zone’. If you do not have access to the Message Zone, please contact a member of staff at your school who does and they will be able to set this up.

The Sport Zone is a flexible and intuitive application that makes arranging and managing fixtures and matches simple. Ensuring that the Sport Zone is set up correctly will make the process of creating fixtures and matches a quick and easy task. There are five main steps to setting up the Sport Zone, which are detailed below.

1. Ensure you are logged into the Staff Message Centre.

2. Click ‘Fixtures’ in the Sport Zone, then click the ‘+New’ button in the Fixtures page (or the '+Add' button if creating a Sport Fixture and Match for the first time).
